Colorado’s Brooklyn – River North Art District, or RiNo, is Denver’s trend-setting neighborhood where the hippest bars, restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, breweries, lounges, street art all exist. A decade ago, you couldn’t find new construction anywhere in this area, but now old industrial buildings are being torn down to make way for contemporary townhouses and single-family homes scattered around high-density apartment/condo buildings.
